Other Barry’s Meat Muffins
Ingredients:
-Local ground beef with liver, heart and tongue.
-Local farm fresh eggs.
-Seasonings to taste. I use salt, garlic powder and cayenne.
-Lining the muffin tins with tallow prevents them from sticking
1) Brown your ground beef. I like starting from frozen.
2) While that is going, mix up your eggs. You’ll need about 1 egg for every 4 oz of beef or 4 eggs per pound. Set these off to the side.
3) When you’re done cooking the beef, remove from heat and stir in any seasonings.
4) Next, add your egg to each tin.
5) Cook on 350° for 15-20 min.
6) BROIL FOR 5 MIN
*DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP OR YOUR MUFFINS WILL FALL APART*
7) Let cook, remove from tin and enjoy.
