@Ken Berry, MD if you see this message i have a question after a year of strict carnivore, well with raw milk cheeses eggs butter beef and bacon mostly. i started to struggle to stay asleep and reintroduced some carbs using raw milk. started to sleep better afterwards, what are your thoughts thank you for reading
