Some humans are here to purposefully not create more ancestral trauma, or bad cyclical karma, in the collective or in their bloodline. Some are here to graduate from being the black sheep in their family, to become the golden child of the world, without any family or children of their own...or at least embark on a journey to that end. As adults connected to their inner child, which you may interpret as children & not adults. You still remember yourself as a child, yes? If Bitcoin has a chance of becoming the world currency close to zero, but greater than zero...then that was enough for you to believe in it, all those years ago, yes? Hashtag fiat problems Yesterday, I logon to my mirco$oft acct, on the account page, to remove some PII… & right after logon, I get popup asking to add recovery phone number, cuz YoU mIGhT FerSGeT YurS pASSwerD… 🙃 My account literally has been passwordless since Day 1 they offered it to free public accounts !!! & I just logon to a page where there is literally a toggle button ON for passwordless logon 👁️👀🧐 This is the incompetence of Big Tech now: unable to check edge cases for new platform wide nuisances, cuz AI v69.420 doesn’t humanly understand any code it writes, & the intern who did this is just trying to get a dam job in this economy & needs to prove they can code fast with LigmaBalz AGI v0.69-alpha-420-sigma All this to say: I’m looking forward to closing all my public cloud accounts this year, cuz I’m tired of drowning in the inadequacies of them. Seems about right, but I would modify as such: 1) Individual human action is juvenile (Rebel without a cause) 2) Mainstream news tells me just what I need to know (Dont sweat the small stuff) 3) Institutions are needed for civilized society (My gov helps me & protects me) 4) Conventional thought is work already done for me (Status quo is just common sense) 5) Comfort is easy & lets me go with the flow (Comfort brings me joy) 6) Consumption keeps me entertained, creation is boring & too hard (Playin hard, Hardly workin) 7) Authority figures are doing their best in a job nobody likes (All humans make mistakes) 8) Conventional career paths are the safest bet for success (Only real jobs pay real money) 9) The future is unknown (Chaos is so messy, & Cleanliness is next to godliness) 10) Risk is intolerable & only stomached by gamblers (Only tried & true methods will work) 21) My perspective of the truth is always right (It is what it is & it aint what it aint) 69) Problems don't need solutions, just bandaids (Somebody else will fix it later) 420) Effectiveness can be sacrificed for efficiency (It works for myself & most ppl I know) View quoted note →

Happy to report I can now securely DM myself among 3 devices & types, any direction to/from: snort via desktop browser 0xchat on ios 0xchat on android Only odd thing is on snort, my DM with me shows as group chat, which I guess makes sense in a way. Make sure you use all the same relays among all the apps. Now I can send myself notes, & other stuff, between 3 ecosystems. Yay for decentralization!

Testing DMs in Primal, Damus, & Amethyst I like to DM myself, so I can save notes, & other stuff, that are just for me. I've found that between these 3 Nostr clients: Primal website in desktop app Brave Damus in IOS 16.7 Amethyst in Android 13 ...I can DM myself (plain text & hyperlinks) from Primal & that note will show up in the other 2 mobile clients on the respective phones... But going from any other direction, & seeing the DM in the other 2, is inconsistent & usually doesn't work. Much sad. No wow. If that can happen reliably, between at least 3 popular Nostr apps, in different OSes, then I can ditch my multiple cloud note-keeping apps. Thank You 8^D
