This change is a milestone for the nostr client in Haskell.

Effectful integration of websocket communication done. I try to finish Qt integration tomorrow and then let's roll.

I think I can integrate TOR directly into my client (no need to have Tor installed) and connect to relays for private direct messages and encrypted group chats. Do you guys think there is interest for this? Or should they (the users) handle setting up Tor manually themselves if they want to?
