Almost finished with this book. First time ever reading a thriller. It is good.

Finished my sardine “fast” It when great, I feel great. The scale says I’m down 5lbs although that was not the reason for doing. now I have a build up of eggs and kefir to get through. I am going to do an only egg/kefir diet until thanksgiving.
