Anyone familiar with disassembling a crank up telescoping radio tower? The widow of a silent key wants it removed. Its a big job. When its fully retracted, its about 12 ft (not including the antenna mast). Its attached to the side of the house and goes through an eve. I'm heading over this morning to start removing the antenna and rotator. #radio #ham #amateurradio

I find that #wisp on android loads a lot smoother than other clients. I find that note media expansion makes me lose my spot all the time on other popular android clients. Wisp does freeze up sometimes though.

I am moving. Despite interest rates, I managed to scrape together enough to buy a home. I got a good deal because the house needs lots of sweat equity. I'll be signing 1 May. Almost half an acre and still in town. No HOA, single story. Plenty of room for the girls to play in the yard. Room for me to put up a few antennas, including my antenna tower, and build a ham shack. Best of all, there will be chickens.

Today is my #easter day with the kiddos. They go back to moms tonight. The girls got easter baskets with some goodies, kites, and got to go on an egg hunt. Thanks @npub107wu...7jtx for the help with eggs. Afterwards, we tried a new recipe for pancakes which turned out to be great and avoided everyone's allergies. Happy easter everyone. Later today, we are attending a Japanese festival, the girls have been super obsessed with Japanese culture lately, so its a nice little surprise for them. #coffeechain
