A question for the coding Nostr brains ; Do our relays have to be attached to a DNS? Can we not just use IPs? Its seem very vulnerable to me if a DNS goes down and relays become unresolvable. Seema like a single point of failure to me.

max. bit rate [bps] = B * log(1+S/N) / log(2) B=bandwidth and S/N=signal to noise ratio. Using a maximum permissible bandwidth of 2700 Hz and an S/N of 10, which corresponds to a signal which is +10 dB above noise. This results in a theoretically maximum achievable Bit rate of 9340 bps That's 9340bps of freedom coms !! image
