It's been about 45 days on the carnivore diet, and I'm starting to hate it. I've adapted to the diet, but now I need to eat an enormous amount of food just to feel full. Yesterday, I ate 15 eggs, 200 grams of jamón, 1 kg of beef heart, and about 200 grams of extra fat. And you know what? I was still hungry. The next morning, I woke up feeling like I could eat everything in sight. I actually love the changes in my body, but I’m not fully ready for this lifestyle. I already cook all my meals, and at 120 kg, I need a lot of food. Thankfully, not all of it is muscle yet—if it were, I think I’d starve to death. This diet has taught me a lot about what real hunger feels like. But the problem is, I still earn the same average salary as my neighbor, who is 2–2.5 times smaller than me. And that makes affording this diet a real challenge. image

I don’t like vacuuming and mopping my apartment, so I’ve thought about getting a robot vacuum. But they cost around $350–$800, and every time I consider buying one, I decide against it—because I can just do it myself and put that money into #bitcoin instead. Help me break this cycle!

Mental "issues" are often misunderstood and overdiagnosed. Whether you have a permanent condition or not, it's better to see it as a feature rather than a flaw. The key is to adapt to your environment and figure out how to survive and thrive within your unique circumstances. The rules of life are the same for everyone—regardless of whether you have one leg, one arm, one eye, or any mental condition. Your task is to experiment throughout your life to find what suits you best. And once you find it, keep searching for even better ways to grow. God won’t help you if you just sit around complaining that you can’t succeed because you have fewer limbs or because someone gave you a diagnosis that, most of the time, doesn’t really matter. I feel like if I cannot sprint under 11 seconds, jump 2 meters high, deadlift at least 250 kg, and squat at least 200 kg, I have lived my life in vain.

When I started the carnivore diet, I thought it wouldn’t be very diverse in terms of products and flavors, but it turned out to be the opposite. I still tend to eat about 80% beef and eggs, but I also add some other foods. And today, I bought homemade full-fat cottage cheese and accidentally made a carnivore-style cheesecake or something?!?!? image

it’s 30th day of the diet it’s pretty simple and effective eggs and meat are 80% of the diet I eat about 12 eggs and 1kg(2lb of meat) I add some heavy cream and a bit of cheese I rarely eat sea products like shrimps and fish (I think they are not as good as simple beef or pork)

It's the 27th day of the diet, and I'm tired of eating supermarket food like eggs, butter, and cream. Finally, I went to the local market and bought everything from local farmers. I feel like the king of my life, looking at all the amazing food I brought home. Just look at how different the eggs are, and the cream and butter are absolutely incredible image
