From my experiences so far this weekend. Kimi K3 is as good as Fable 5 in terms of output. Fable is about 3X faster. However, Kimi costs about 50% less. How has your experience been comparing the two models?

Bitcoin Core vs Knots and BIP-110. Essentially, one is a config knob you can turn back. The other removes the knob entirely and replaces it with a locked box you can't open. With Bitcoin Core's default mempool policy change, they changed the default value for transaction relay/filtering rules. I'm not a fan of that. I believe it's a dumb call, sets a bad precedent, but in the grand scheme of things, it's still just a default config value. You can change it back. Your node, your rules. Right? That's the whole point of running your own node. You choose which transactions to relay and accept. BIP-110 is fundamentally different. It's a consensus level change that would let miners censor transactions at the block level by enabling selective transaction inclusion based on policy rules baked into validation itself. It's not a simple "change the default and move on" situation that some think. It's actually enshrining censorship into the protocol's DNA. That's a MAJOR shift in thinking and functionality. The distinction matters: • Core default change: Bad precedent, opt-out available → annoying but not catastrophic • BIP-110: Structural censorship of legitimate transactions → attack on Bitcoin's core value proposition.

Armada v0.32.0 is out! Android users can now log in with a native signer app (Amber or any NIP-55 compatible signer) directly from the login screen no relay round-trip required. Remote signing over NIP-46 has been fully reworked for better reliability and a smoother pairing flow, and users without a signer get a gentle nudge to set one up. Under the hood, the event cache has moved from Indexed DB to SQLite, which is now shared with the Android notification service notification content stays accurate without redundant fetches. Notifications also persist sender avatars to disk, stay active when the app is backgrounded, and show a large-icon fallback. Several Android polish fixes land too: startup keyboard lag is reduced, the back button correctly minimizes the app from the root screen, and link embeds are sandboxed. There is a slight bug now when trying to tap on a message to bring up the actions bar. For now, you can long press on a message to show that menu.

Armada is my workspace now. Every @Soapbox project and my personal apps gets their own channels. Each channel has its own playbooks: issue triage, bug fixes, new features, PR/MR review. Some work is collaborative with a whole team. Some is just me and the agents. Daily and weekly stand-ups post automatically, so everyone stays on top of issues and tasks without me chasing status updates. And when humans need to talk? We hop on a voice call, invite the agent, and it transcribes the meeting and turns it into action items and tasks. This is how software gets built now. Wild.
