I’m the best version of myself when I’m coaching. Very fortunate to have spent a couple hours at track practice today with motivated high school athletes. Now it’s time to run errands with the middle schooler and then do some work work. #pleblife #blessed

Good day all in all, but not for the business. It’s fine - it’s tough for a lot of people right now. And the poor dog isn’t eating and has been very lethargic. He’s got a vet appointment tomorrow morning. Got in a super short zone 2 bike ride for 4 / #31days, then off to track practice, which was awesome. I’m coaching with exceptional coaches and the kids are great. Gn 😀👊💤

Gm 😀👊☕️ Wonderful walk with the dog this snoring. Lots of snow and ice. I slept in until 6:30 and I feel great. Just need to get to bed earlier so I can be up well before 6:00. Second day of track and field practice and I can’t wait. We’ll keep it fun and short. “Leave them wanting more” is the right approach this time of year. April and May are a long way off. Great day. The dog spent a lot of time in the snow. He’s going to sleep well. I’m going to sleep well too after a solid Zone 2 bike ride for 3 / #31days The dog and I had a nice walk after dinner. I forget how quiet it is at night after it snows. Gn 😀👊💤
