V2 of the hodel butter burger. Slightly diffrent stack this time. Butter on the bottom, beef patty, sharp chedder cheese. It's kale and butter lettuce with a proper vinaigrette this time with bacon jam on homemade buns. I think I prefer the potato buns and the arugala that I did last time. Needs more crunch and a softer bun imo. I would definitely keep the vinaigrette though, you still need some acid to cut through something this fatty, umami bomb. The bacon jam added an extra sweek kick. Not super needed but not a bad addtion. #foodstr

Well, the buns turned out a little bit flatter than I wanted them, so it ended up kind of being an open face more than a classic chili dog, but this has all the flavors and it's been a couple days in the making, so I'm happy. #foodstr
