coming up with a spreadsheet today to compare 3 ways of owning Bitcoin for retirees: FBTC (fidelity bitcoin ETF) with 0.21% annual fee Fidelity Crypto bitcoin with 1% purchase fee STRK Strategy product (6% dividend). my hypothesis is that STRK may just be an FBTC killer if the investment duration is long enough. the question is: ignoring all other factors, what performance of MSTR relative to BTC would result in STRK outperforming FBTC in 10 year timeframe. the comparison between FBTC and Fidelity Crypto is pretty simple: after 5 years Fidelity Crypto is the better choice. Plus eventually you can receive and withdraw Bitcoin directly when Fidelity rolls that out to everyone. so is STRK the better choice to FBTC... ...calculating...

oh no, the Start9 server is at a distance already, and apparently i was supposed to login first on the LAN before i can transition NextCloud to work over Tor. this is the cold, hard sentence: "This is necessary even if you plan to use Tor later". Oh really, Start9... there's no way i can perform an initial sync NOT via Tor, hey. image

finally connected Sparrow wallet to my own Bitcoin Core running on Start9 OS excited to see how it works. just a little disappointed when i realized that i can't see the Bitcoin Core UI... but that's what the Mempool is for anyway. next i've got to get the NextCLoud up and running but i've already fumbled the password somehow
