how affiliated is Square with BitKey and should we be worried about Bitkey not supporting the right chain? i feel like there's a new reason to take a hammer to a hardware device every year. first it was Ledger for their recovery feature. then it was Jade for the island visit now it's bitkey for the CashApp/Block connection to this hideous Consortium... of course their backup keys live on Google server + a Bitkey Server anyway, so it was never that separated from Tech Industrial Complex... is the best way forward nowadays, just to take an old computer that will never connect to internet again to make keys...? or is this 15 million dollar consortium just silly? 15 million for those characters probably isn't even enough to fund their hotel rooms, meetings, and cheese platters... maybe it was just a 4D chess move to make it look like *something is happening*, torture some bad actors in useless Zoom meetings while the real work gets done on the little man's dime and out in the open.

Local economy report this week i worked on removing old insulation underneath a second-hand mobile home. used mobile-home: $5000 transportation:$1500 installation:$12000 repairs & drainage: 2 men $15 an hour digging/holding boards/smoking $25,000 total to install in existing mobile-home slot $700 per month rent ~30% investment return ----- why doesn't the investor take any of the many vacant houses instead? because they cost at least $150,000 to turn around and rent for ~1200-1500 do the tenants pay? yes. they earn 17$ an hour at the furniture factory. in this economy everyone has jobs if they want them, it may not be the job they want or the pay they want. Demand is high and supply especially for family housing is low. Mobile-home demand is booming. Many of the tenants come through the year long local addiction recovery program.
