Non plebs now own 3.64 million #Bitcoin. At this moment that is growing with a rate of 3.62% each Month (that % was lower the last few weeks). If that would continue, in just 2 years they own half of all #Bitcoin. In 3 years they would own all #Bitcoin.... It can't continue at this rate. So either demand will slow down or price must go UP.

I missed a house at me new refugee location. I just didn't want to join a bidding war. Now I'm curious if #Bitcoin will fix this as well ? I have a fixed Bitcoin amount I want to spend. Will I have to wait another cycle and my net value increase will allow me to spend more in fiat terms ? Or will the housing market change faster and accept my offer sooner ? I am at the lower price range of housing (fixer) at this moment. Just for info the last time I bought a house I only had fiat to play with. The price increases forced me to move to a cheaper country. Never regretted that move. But current game feels way better 😇
