It has been incredibly difficult to build a simple plugin for OpenClaw The codebase is insanely complex. I’ve never worked with such massive code bases. All I’m trying to do is send a telegram message from a plugin without the user prompting it (to notify on low Routstr balance). Maybe coding isn’t for me. 😭 Anyone tried building an openclaw plugin?

You can ask your agent to check balance and topup anytime. But if you fully run out of balance, the agent won't be able to topup itself. That's when you'd need to run the script again. Btw if you’re Routstr Openclaw agent runs out of balance, you can run the same script again to top up with Lightning. I know it’s not ideal, will be release an OpenClaw plugin with balance reminders very soon!
