I am a Compulsive Gambler and former professional poker player online since I lost all my teeth to bad mental health. Gamble free since 2017. A few months later found bitcoin, then I purchased some satoshi in 2018. Did a 180, got rid of everthing from the gambling days. Now using linux, skincare, niche fragrances, wet shaving, better fitting clothes, carnivore, metal genre \m/ and running. Bitcoin saved my life and I'm Bitcoin only.
Tomorrow marks day 30 of my 30 day #carnivore challenge.
Decided to keep using thus diet.
Throwing out my powders, lentils, rice for curries, beans all out. Kept them, just in case.
But no.

Should I ditch the Shea butter balm?

Haven't ran all week, nursing slight pain in left knee.
Felt fine this evening, taking it slow.
Doing 30 minutes of stretches before 6.45am, getting up at 6am every day now.
Means 10pm, to 11pm sleeping by.
All, so I can get a run in before work each day.
6 weeks tomorrow is the 15km mountain race challenge.
Will be running in the morning.
Free the mind.

Calculated my monthly bills, and have to cancel 1 direct debit, then all set to EMPTY my fiat bank account into bitcoin only.
Planning this from end of month.
