Ever heard of the term Trauma Fitness? It relates to people who have been through some sort of traumatic experience, whether familial, work related, government mandated jab or facial covering, or just even plain old neglect or abuse. Trauma fitness helps people who have been through trauma become fit, kinda like physical fitness helps one become strong or fit, or lose weight; trauma fitness uses many kinds of techniques and even spiritual resources to help guide people to a healthier place, in their mind and in their hearts. More to come.

In reading a lot of recent comments about what makes a man, what is toxic masculinity, what makes a man masculine; feminism and all the conversation surrounding. I recently read a good book by George Gilder called Men and Marriage.
I enjoy the content even though it isn’t tolerated well, even though our culture has wandered far away, Gilder’s book solidifies the resolve men need to have to lead, to create change, to humble themselves in order to serve a wife a family. It’s a classic. Actually Canon publishing and their online content provider Canon+ is a treasure of excellent content worthy of any believer. Peace.

Mold is a scary thing for many. A little bit is possibly manageable, but how? A lot of it is creepy scary and becomes a health concern, and again how to handle getting that taken care of, correctly and permanently. And where to find legitimately honest recommendations on how to go about that, since there is a plethora of “experts”.
Mold Talk is coming soon. Mold Talk is a video podcast in production that will debut this Spring 2024. We’ll have guests like industry expert Scott Armour, of Armour Applied Science and other restoration and remediation industry vetted professionals. More information coming out on topics, guests, who what and how of the mold remediation industry. Follow us for future information on Mold Talk.
