Each day I try to post verses that stand out to me as I read the Proverb’s chapter of the day. There’s 30 chapters of Proverbs so it works out well for most every month. From the ESV Study Bible: “The theme of the book of Proverbs is stated at its beginning (1:1-7): its goal is to describe and instill “wisdom” in God’s people, a wisdom that is founded in ‘the fear of the Lord’ and that works out covenant life in the practical details of everyday situations and relationships.” I find it very helpful in the practical details of everyday situations and relationships. Hopefully you find it helpful as well. Chapter 28 Proverbs indicate that righteous individuals are components of a just society. ❤️☕️🔥❤️☕️🔥❤️☕️🔥❤️☕️🔥 “The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion. I can’t tell if I’m more excited about bitcoin or Bitcoin mining. Which is amazing because underneath the hood it’s all bitcoin and… everything will flow into bitcoin. ^ This is incredible

For my entire adult life not really sure I was ever getting real sleep. Let me say that again. I don’t think I’ve ever really been able to sleep, really reach the right heights of whatever mode of sleep are the amazing level. Lots of reason for this I’m sure but the TLDR summary is this: CPAP has made a world of difference, SO FAR. Like watching the 47th, we will see how this goes. Hopeful, prayerful, laboriously and with low expectations that I might be able to continue getting good sleep. Less inflammation, more energy and passion for workouts and more endurance. This is the way. This is the result of listening to my wife, who has encouraged me. I’m not that smart but I’m smart enough to listen, sometimes. She has the Irish intuition 🍀 you know.
