Day 12: Despite bad weather coming in over the weekend, we are going to get back on the trail tomorrow. We will hike until the weather gets bad and then set up a camp. A picture of the crew at breakfast.

Day 11: Camp at 7500 feet, difficult climb with significant ice and snow. Will not be able to summit San Jacinto.

Day 11: My legs are getting stronger and I got a good night’s sleep. Overall, I am feeling good. The two pictures are from 7500 feet elevation overlooking Palm Springs. I am going into a town called Idylwild today. This is one of the nicest towns on the trail.
