so @strike just locked me out of my account, preventing me sending and receiving bitcoin with no notice. they are asking for all kinds of documentation to prove im not using my funds in an illicit manner. this is after ive been using strike daily for a couple of years. Im done with kyc exchanges. thought strike was “one of the good guys” but apparently not. i keep my stack in cold storage but strike is my play-around stack for sending zaps and for buying things with #bitcoin

it’s amusing how many #bitcoin influencers say they’re on #nostr but post seldomly, never zap, and re-post other influencers. does that count as “being on nostr?” no shade thrown, just an observation. i think we’re still early with nostr.

a clear sign i am getting older is how close ive gotten recently to being beaten in a half or full marathon by stroller joggers. now bear in mind these are typically late 20s/early 30s-something very fit males or females out to slay the normie runners. i think this is my red line in distance running. the first time im beaten, ill acknowledge it and quietly retire. till then, i say, game on!

Owning a nice stash of #bitcoin is the new American dream. How much #btc ? Whatever you feel content with holding.

You are infinite, invulnerable, holy, eternal, fully loving, wholly loved, guiltless, sinless, blameless, wholly beyond reproach, having all power, knowledge, and wisdom of your creator who is beyond all time and space. Close your eyes for a moment and move beyond the body. the body is just an instrument to communicate in the physical world. your mind directs it all.

@less a friend of mine is a morgan stanley financial advisor in c-springs. he told me yesterday a lot of his clients are all asking about crypto, and he is advising them to allocate no more than 10% of their portfolio to crypto. he’s lukewarm on #bitcoin. do you have a good sense for how the financial community in c-springs thinks about bitcoin & the larger cryptocurrency market?
