I’m surprised by the number of people (ahem Bitcoiners) duped into the “ancestral diet” logic.
Which ancestors? What location? What time period?
When ultimately we care about diet and its health outcomes why does it matter what our ancestors ate? tldr: lots of stuff including plants and bugs and grains and animals when available…don’t forget the “gathering” part).
