Process is priceless, and often invisible. I’ve long feared sharing it, assuming unfinished work wasn’t meant to be seen. I now know the process of getting to the finished work is as important as the end-product: if the rise of generative AI has shown me anything, it’s that a great illustration can’t be created without putting in the hours. It takes tremendous amounts of elbow grease.

One of the cool things about self-publishing and shipping all orders from my studio is that I get to throw in random goodies from the grab bag 🤓

NoGood has no clear beginning. When I close my eyes and retrace my steps, I see the internet of the‘90s and ‘00s. I see myself in a room, drawing obsessively. Sitting at a computer, clicking a mouse, surfing the World Wide Web. In between then and now, I lost my love for drawing before finding my way back to my cherished box of pencils. Meandering, I’ve spent the last ten years trying to create work that fulfils me and feels meaningful.
