Yellow jackets have infested my reading area. Today I declare war on the fuckers.
Unrelated : the right to privacy is nonnegotiable, but its only as good as it us put into practice. For that reason, I think a concrete step towards a better society is to found more secret societies. The more the merrier. Such societies draw suspicion from dimwits, thus necessitating security, and a society founded on secrecy is implicitly founded on security. How many times have you known of a more secure/private practice, but haven't done it because doing it relies solely on your own willpower?

🤔 recovery today is like double the speed of yesterday. That seems noteworthy... Makes me wonder why. I'm also now doing jump pushups - I get a couple inches if air under my hands on each up push. By the end of this month my goal is to do a clap.

Doing some curls and shit now.
The squats are getting easy. I finish the set of 50 and feel beat, but 4 seconds later I feel a cool wash through my legs and I'm good again. I'm gonna live forever because of this routine.
Just found a random new thing I wanna try out... Converting stick butter into spreadable butter. Apparently it can be done by mixing 1:1 with vegetable or olive oil. Might even be a couple sats cheaper that way, if ignoring the time cost.
