Anecdote on Quality, Brand vs Cost for bitcoin builders: Family member wanted to buy a large amount of bitcoin. I suggested a few exchange options, with different ranges of fees & brand positioning They didn’t care about the “minor” variance in cost between them. At all. For them it was purely about which one made them *feel* the most comfortable. Brand perception. Trust. Quality. Many such cases!
