PSA: Is it difficult to ask an AI to write a "user-guide" for any software as your "copywriter"? If AI is not your thing then hire a copywriter who knows the layman's way of thinking! 🤓 This is not something new but I find that every time I read user guide or software guidelines, it is very disorganised and full of jargons that non-techy cannot understand. Good thing I have background in tech. But I can only imagine what it is like for non-techy! It is not only it is hard to use/read the doc but it is time consuming. I am not surprised why users complain at the bug forums or no user adoption. 😬🤯 #gm #devs
