When did you give your undivided curiosity to a conversation?
Questions are answers.
I have learned the more I asked the "right" questions, I get the "right" answers!
It goes without saying "right" is subjective to the context I want to know from people. I put the theory to the test over and over again, I always end at the same destination — right context from what I am curious about.
If nobody dares to ask, no one would know how people perceive the world in their lens.
If you are not curious and "willing to give your undivided attention" to that conversations, you would not know.
Funny enough, one noticed in the group that I was the ONLY one who was willing to ask the uncomfortable or unconventional questions beyond the small talk. And I responded, well you never ask me so you never get the answers from me. But it does not mean I am not willing to answer.
Understanding starts from curiosity and undivided attention.

It fascinates me every time my instinct and gift of foresight proves that my prediction is right.
I do not take the pleasure seeing it to be correct when it concerns the lives of others.
If you wonder if I warn them, I don't if the consequences are not that frutile (life or death). But even if I warn people, sometimes they would dismiss it until it is too late.
There are times that intervening would have dire consequences than it originally predicted.
Foresight is not a straight line, sometimes it is vague. It is like a root of a tree that one action has multiple ripple effects, so on and so forth.
This is my end of the week reflection.

We all have biases and that is ok. It becomes problematic when we let it run wild, UNCHECKED — UNCHALLENGED!
The more I educate myself about human behaviour esp in the lens of 'the influencers', 'public speakers', 'podcast presenters' and 'social media' as a whole.
It never stops to amaze me how blatant the art of persuasion playing right before your very eyes.
The emotional biases, the logical fallacy and letting your brain infer things that are not there.
When presenters want you to see patterns that are not there or even confirm your own biases, unsuspecting viewers would think it is the real deal. 'I am RIGHT' — common phrase spoken when you find the confirmation of your bias.
If you let it, you can easily believe that everyone is trying to get you, that the world is a hopeless, unkind place.
But what we fail to acknowledge is this:
we see the world how we want it — informed by the very data we want to see.
Instead of acknowledging our own biases, we look for clues to affirm it.
We all have biases and that is ok. It becomes problematic when we let it run wild, UNCHECKED — UNCHALLENGED!
This is when you and I become an easy prey to be manipulated by others and AI chatbot!
Keep your biases in check. Keep your emotions in check my dear readers.
