Are there any nostr clients that let you set any arbitrary key:value pairs on your profile? Why limit the profile data to just a few things? It’s annoying. Like pay more to add more than one link? Or dump everything in the bio box? What are these horrible UX patterns?

I am begging developers to stop coming up with excuses for why “a bad UX is a good UX akshually”. Honesty about what is not ideal and how things could improve is so much better it’s not even funny.

You can’t use Alby without signing up with an email. Why is anyone recommending Alby for Nostr usage?? It defeats a main purpose of Nostr

The same people that tell you “there’s no delete on the internet” are the same people that use InternetArchive to make sure they don’t lose their favorite old websites. Don’t listen to these lazy charlatans. They hate you and think they’re better than you. Users deserve more. Users deserve to own their own data.
