I'm learning systems thinking, systems mapping, and systems archetypes. I think everyone should learn, especially about the causes of workplace problems and "exact solutions". But systems thinking is also very useful in personal life. I advise : )

Master's Thesis topic has been determined: 🥳🥳 Modeling and calculation of regional economic impacts of universities: Ostim Technical University example. Things got a little confusing. 🤭 My advisor is the Rector of the University. He asked for this study from the Professors of the Faculty of Economics. When they didn't do it yet, he gave it to me as a thesis topic. It made us rivals. But I immediately stated that we could meet and work as partners, not competitors. 😊

The second semester of master's degree starts next week. And unfortunately, education is not online. I will go to school in the evening 4 days a week. It's very boring. Especially for someone like me who has been working in a home office for 10 years. But my courses are good: 1- Finance 2- Seminar 3- Management Information Systems 4- System Thoughts and Business Dynamics. In lesson 4, we will learn about Ithink modeling software. I learned this 25 years ago. I also made a simple model. Now I want to know how I can use this program for financial modeling. I can also use it for the thesis I will write. I am excited 😄
