Spending my lunch break researching new ideas for what to cook. I am trying to cook a warm dinner at least three times a workweek, because She often packs it as the next day's lunch too. Three times a week is somewhat time-consuming, so I'm trying to find recipes where there are no leftovers, just ingredients for the next meal. Like yesterday's leftover turkey breast? No, it's cubed meat for today's tortillas. Mashed potatoes will be nice in shepherd's pie. That kind of stuff. #mealprep
