Read the final chapter of Gangsta Granny to the kids. First book that got me a rockstar callout from kids (and some parents). Granted it was on vacation when there were more kids and I somehow turned into a bedtime whisperer, but still enjoyed that. Could be I am channeling my urge for D&Ding into the reading execution, but it justifies the means. Both surprising and refreshing that it deals with death. Kids took it well. At least for tonight. #parentstr

Had some FLR-adjacent action yesternight. But it's hard when She is sailing foreign waters. And seldom at that. And I just gave up on anticipation for the sake of self-preservation. Nevertheless there was some riding whip and kitchen clean-up involved. Ended up in a happy ending for some of us. It was nice but it kinda broke the edge for the rest of the red tide run. Will see what tonight brings...

#drunkstr as predicted, higher lows, lower highs. Also solved communal recharging stations problem. Friend is carefully excited, I am just feeling the drive, not the finish grind that constitutes 80% of the project. Still nice for someone else to be excited about castles in the air as I used to get. Will definitely try to follow up with that, more for the sake of his excitement than anything else, but it still counts. Maybe even more.

Oh, so you started to get back into drawing because your kid likes to draw so you want to have a common hobby? That's nice. I want to start drawing as a means to produce manga-style pictures of laid-back everyday girls who both enjoy and leverage the power dynamics of FLR, preferably while wearing comfortable snuggly yoga pants, across the whole scale of bra cups, and lately - apparently for whatever reason - also barefoot. #WeAreNotTheSame But I like that common-hobby idea.
