Our @npub1fqqt...qzch Bitcoin week #Mozambique started with a 4 hour workshop attended by 80 people in Maputo. Organized by @npub1rm5v...68pk it was live translated by Daniel to Portuguese. Talking about earning bitcoin I demonstrated #Nostr and many signed up immediately. @Amethyst @npub1n0st...k6h0 I also introduced @npub1yul8...ncdu as a way to obtain KYC free bitcoin. Local projects @Bitcoin Dombo @Bitcoin Tofo and Lwandi Surf presented their initiatives too.

Just introduced a banker (over 20 years in the profession) to Bitcoin. Now he wants to obtain non KYC bitcoin, because he knows first hand how the regulatory regime is increasing costs, bureaucracy, exclusion of people, how it makes the wealthy richer and is ineffective. One person at a time.
