So SCOTUS decided that we aren't allowed to have a country anymore today. It is painfully obvious that this is because they fear violence from the left and not from the right. The X predictors called which way the judgement would fall when they noticed that there were no preparations for riot security outside of SCOTUS. THIS, BTW, is the reason why 2A was written: because the founders understood in a "democracy" when one side had access to violence and the other didn't. The problem is that all that firepower is pointless if no one will organize and if men are too cucked to use it. But our society has been specifically and deliberately abusing men for some time now. A good point to note for people that complain about Republicans shooting down voter ID or betray their voters in other ways: MAGA are the RINOs, not the politician in question. Agreed here, but I will caveat the issue of influence vs safety. There are tons of other conservatives with the same opinions as Charlie kirk. One of the most glaring things about his murder was just how normal his views were. He wasn't a new Nazi, part of the racist right, or anything. But the others with the same exact opinions as him were NOT killed... Because they were not charlie kirk. Charlie kirk was killed because I can personally name dozens of people woken up by him, including my own wife. There are people with even smarter beliefs that I cannot say the same for due to their lack of impact. Nostr's resistance to censorship allows people that may be incapable of the same levels of reach on traditional social media to gain influence. This is critical to change the broken elements of modern culture by establishing what will become the new counter-elite that will have to sweep away the current elite. But this also reduces safety on the personal level. If you do nothing, you might die hungry in your bunker after the Epstein class ended the world in their hubris. If you get famous for stopping them, you might become the next charlie kirk, including that target on his back that took him out.
