The text depicted is disingenuous. What does it mean to be "a people" vs "a tribe" or "a race". Ultimately, due to the nature of historical cultural isolation, take any small locality anywhere and its people are likely to be more genetically related to each other than they would be to people from further off. You could call this a "tribe" or "ethnicity" or any word you want, but the truth is the same. As you zoom out, the same truth remains but for larger geographic regions. While two Frenchmen are likely to be more related to each other than a random German, all three are closer related to each other than to a random afghan or Chinese person. And due to cultural isolation the genetic distance would also strongly correlate to cultural distance as well. This is not even accounting for how culture can shape genetics, like how the Samoan beauty standard preferring large size literally breeds giants. Ergo the distinction between these terms of "tribe", " ethnicity" are not a distinction of kind but of scope and scale. The only exception to this is the term "race" which is so broad as to be entirely genetic, which we would be able to tell at first contact if a child of one race was somehow raised entirely within a community of a different race (ex: a black child adopted into a white homogenous community). The community might see the genetically distinct person as one of their own, part of the community, etc, but it would still be visibly obvious to everyone that that person is NOT the same as everyone else in several ways. This last example is only that painfully obvious when the genetic difference is large and visible. Most american whites are blissfully unaware of how many German-Americans exist because most can't even tell the difference. Violence and organization have a cost, and both are required to resist tyranny. A disorganized group incapable of violence is how you end up in our current police state. This this is why 2A was put into the constitution and why it wanted us to have militias... Groups of well armed and organized fraternal organizations that were centered around their local communities and thereby already had their own parallel institutions. This is why ideology is critical, but one's expectations must be moderated by reality. People calling the USA a sham or fraud because they couldn't apparate gold from nothing, abolish slavery from the onset, etc are being completely disingenuous. They could only fix so much at one time without spreading themselves too thin and failing at ALL of those things. And then they would be nothing but a footnote of "those traitors hanged by the crown in 1778" (assuming some response lag due to 18th century logistics). So SCOTUS decided that we aren't allowed to have a country anymore today. It is painfully obvious that this is because they fear violence from the left and not from the right. The X predictors called which way the judgement would fall when they noticed that there were no preparations for riot security outside of SCOTUS. THIS, BTW, is the reason why 2A was written: because the founders understood in a "democracy" when one side had access to violence and the other didn't. The problem is that all that firepower is pointless if no one will organize and if men are too cucked to use it. But our society has been specifically and deliberately abusing men for some time now. The break is inevitable. The only questions are "when?" and "how effective will they be?".
