I’m 20 years into a relationship and 15 years into marriage and the passion keeps increasing. I can’t get enough of my wife and she reciprocates. Don’t believe anyone who tells you that the desire dies over time. It might have for them. But it doesn’t have to. We are proof it can get sexier.

Persistent lower back pain is often the result of under active tight muscles. 1) Gluteus maximus (butt) 2) Gluteus medius (side butt) 3) Transverse abdominis (deep core) Get your butt and core strong and most of the issues will subside. The icing on the cake is stretching glutes, hamstrings and lower back. Ditch the chiropractor and fix yourself. #getstrong

This mornings workout. • Assault bike - 5 mins • Lateral banded walks - x 3 with heavy bands • Sled push - 50m x 4 @ 100kg • Trap bar deadlift with feet elevated to get more depth - 5 sets max lifts 130kg • Bulgarian split squat - 3 sets with 14kg DBs • Bodyweight dips - 4 sets with slow eccentric lowers • Standing calf raises - 3 sets Felt like a good sesh. Functional and heavy. #getstrong

Men have lost touch with the legacy of building a multi generational family. Without that focus and commitment then it’s hard to transition to masculine responsibility. What men used to strive for has really changed. It’s more about self now and less about legacy.

More I learn, observe and research I am becoming convinced that experienced lifters should be doing primarily big compound lifts. 3 - 4 per workout. 4 - 6 sets per exercise. Focus on tempo, power, control and technique. Massive volume and heavy weights creates the most neuromuscular stress and hormonal release of GH and Testosterone. Also you don’t have move around the gym playing musical chairs.

Back pain? Learn to do the Romanian deadlift and get strong at it. Today I achieved a goal of mine to lift 150kg for 5 reps (I did 6). I intend to get to 200kg. Not because I need to prove it to anyone but because I want a strong back and good posture. And I like a challenge. #getstrong
