Wellbeing is lot to do with the quality of your relationships. Not the quantity of them.

Clearly lots of people on Nostr are excited about Bitcoin. For this platform to grow outside of a small niche it will need to expand well beyond this central topic in 2026 to encompass a much more diverse range of conversations.

I want to be excited about Nostr but most of the content bores me.

Humility is the path to greatness. Quiet work and purpose without needing the constant approval of others. Moving into a new year it is the attribute of humility in people of capability, passion and vision that inspires me to cultivate humble greatness within myself.

I just saw an example of female aging in reality. Met a grandmother and mother waiting for the granddaughter off the plane. Estimate of ages. Grandma - 85 Mother - 60 Daughter - 30 Firstly the Grandmother was hunched, petite, and heavily wrinkled. Appeared to be around 5 foot 4 inches. The mother was standing tall and strong, nice wide jaw and teeth and not too wrinkled. Also not overweight. I’d say no Botox, wealthy and healthy. Fully grey hair and still attractive for her age. Around 5 foot 10 inches. The daughter was at least 6 foot, definitely taller than me. Strong and lean looking with a beautiful face, very wide jaw and strong straight teeth. Literally twice the size of the diminutive grandmother. I could see the result of aging, but it was more than that. The mother and daughter were so much more robust and large. I could tell the mother would not be so small in her old age. Nutrition and lifestyle are improving us. The daughter was more an Amazon and the grandmother looked like she hadn’t ever lifted a weight.
