It is better to state things confidently, even if you are ignorant, than to hesitate and be shy. Because by interacting with the world confidently, you will be brought back into reality and all your delusions will be shattered.
It is called evolution. Every living creature does whatever benefits their survival and reproduction. You do it, I do it, women do it, everyone does it.
If you have never driven a car, you will be afraid to drive any. If you have only driven an old, cheap one you will be nervous trying to drive new expensive ones. How to overcome this problem? Just drive!

Women who don't understand themselves become defensive when anyone says anything that seems negative about women.
Women who understand themselves say negative things about women frequently.
The moment she becomes your partner is the moment you start treating her as your equal. This is when she starts losing respect and the relationship starts breaking down.
Evolutionarily, warriors were physically stronger than peasants and thus carried genes better suited for survival. However, they were typically poor providers and caregivers. This is why women evolved a clever strategy: becoming impregnated by a warrior (for stronger genes) while pairing long-term with a peasant (for stability and resources).
Are you the hero of your life?
Whatever involves people is influenced by randomness much more than by anything else.
The way you view your future influences your actual future.
The girl may pretend to be uninterested or even defensive, but if you are interesting and know how to elicit curiosity, she won't be able to oppose her nature.
She was ignoring me for several minutes, but surrendered to her curiosity and opened after that. We had an interesting conversation.

Once you adapt to regular fasting, your metabolism becomes more flexible, shifting to burn stored fat for energy — which builds greater resilience and overall efficiency.
The amount of time and energy spent randomly means nothing. You need to focus them on creating value, and then exchanging this value. Or toward self-improvement. Digging a random hole in the middle of nowhere won't make your life better.
