Harming yourself is the dumbest thing anyone can do. It doesn't solve any problems and doesn't even hide them or distract you. It's just a random dumb reaction of a dummy. You're smarter than that.
When you feel bad about yourself or anything else, it is not a signal that you need to do something stupid or harm yourself. It's a signal that you need to do something smart and beneficial. Don't mess it up.
