#coffee #coffeechain Today is Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. It's a day of fasting and prayer. The rule is basically no meat, two snacks and one meal. The sum of the snacks cannot equal or exceed the meal. It should be an easy sacrifice, but it never is. I'm a brat and don't like being told what to do. The good news is that beverages are excluded from the rule, so 2nd cup of coffee is OK. One year I gave up coffee for lent. That was a tough year. I ended up drinking a lot of black tea.
