it seems people would rather talk about explosive diarrhea rather that how different trees cool the ground in different ways.

well huh 🤔 my evaporative effect guess as to why the air under black willow trees is always cooler, even when other trees offer more shade, has legs. all trees have a “transpiration” rate. or the rate at which water is pulled up from the ground, and evaporated off the leaves. black willows have one of the highest transpiration rates. meaning, they operate like big evaporative coolers.

it’ll probably sound weird, but i kinda think there is some sort of evaporative effect that happens with black willow trees. its always noticeably cooler near the base of a black willow tree. there are lots of other trees with equal shade, so that cant be it. dunno 🤷

felt a weird heaviness this morning. it wasnt until i got out on the road moving around that i realized i had made the mistake of assuming it was mine. the barista at the local coffee place said she woke up feeling a heavy vibe. dont always assume when you feel off, that the “off” belongs to you.
