seemingly counter to cultural trends, im trying to practice saying things less authoritatively, and as absolute. at least, things that i am not absolutely certain of. im turned off by vapid expertism which seems to be incentivized in digital attention culture.

here’s the thing… we are sold a lie that what they talk about, and all their concerns, are our concerns. we are told that their wars, their multi national corporate deals, their fears, are ours. they arent. they insist that if their structure falls, we will fall. but will we? will we really? what if all that they say is a lie what if their wars arent our wars? what if everything they do doesnt belong to us at all? what if their economy isnt our economy? what if they are the least important people in the world?

how do you stop an unstoppable currency. well, you dont. but you can create a limiting container for it, by changing how it is perceived. rather let it be framed as a decentralized alternative to fiat, push propaganda through media and agents which frame it as a speculative “investment”, thus keeping the fiat system at the center of the conversation, forcing it under the fiat “regulatory” framework, and preventing people from understanding its real power, without directly trying to stop it, which would cause a Streisand effect.

it seems people would rather talk about explosive diarrhea rather that how different trees cool the ground in different ways.

well huh 🤔 my evaporative effect guess as to why the air under black willow trees is always cooler, even when other trees offer more shade, has legs. all trees have a “transpiration” rate. or the rate at which water is pulled up from the ground, and evaporated off the leaves. black willows have one of the highest transpiration rates. meaning, they operate like big evaporative coolers.

it’ll probably sound weird, but i kinda think there is some sort of evaporative effect that happens with black willow trees. its always noticeably cooler near the base of a black willow tree. there are lots of other trees with equal shade, so that cant be it. dunno 🤷
