IMHO the way to bring more people to Nostr is to approach every influencer mistreated, censored, shadow-banned by centralised social media and convince them to come to Nostr. They will bring their audience. Just like youtubers at risk of censorship will plug their rumble or alternative channel in every cast, X influencers would plug their Nostr in their bio as a backup.

Bitchat is great, but bluetooth range limits its utility as an emergency alternative for Internet shutdown situations. Iran right now being a good example. @calle is working on adding wifi mesh capacity. That would be a nice range extension.
