I entered the next stage of sovereignty.
Producing our own kefir.
Kefir is one of those ancient foods humanity has been making for thousands of years.
It keeps multiplying itself.
Once you have healthy grains, they keep reproducing.
Almost like a circular economy in a jar.
How to make kefir:
1. Add kefir grains to fresh milk.
2. Leave at room temperature for 24–48 hours.
3. Strain out the grains.
4. Drink the kefir.
5. Put the grains into fresh milk and repeat.
That’s it.
Kefir is rich in probiotics & supports gut health and digestion
It contains beneficial bacteria and yeasts & strengthen the immune system.
Packed with protein, calcium, B vitamins & minerals.
One more skill worth passing on to the next generation.
