The Oshi app (unrelated to the fine provider @Oshi (推し) ) has greatly disappointed me. Most of the "sats" you earn are forced to be used as redeeming tokens and I don't even know if there is real bitcoin behind it anymore, e.g., I made my salt of the earth purchase and got a good discount on merino wool undies and tried to cash out my 3300~ satoshis and it won't let me and is trying to make me use it for "10x redemption points" like..wtf is this. Give me my sats or GFY

@npub1s5yq...6q7z @Jeff Booth @HODL @ODELL Can one of you please tell @James Lavish that the website on his informationist blog/newsletter that gets input into your credit card statement: lavish.business is now directed to some kind of pakistani clothing company which caused me to challenge the dispute but now I've figured that out and cancelled the challenge, but he should be aware of that.

I just had the thought that as rumors spread they become more effective because they get conveyed increasingly from less trusted sources to more trusted sources, eg nbc to someone’s boss then to their subordinate then to that subordinates wife then from the wife to the friend of the wife or whatever. NBC to boss is probably 60% belief but when the same fact goes from wife to friend it’s probably closer to 90 so bullshit calcifies as it is transmitted
