I don’t engage in manual labor for my job, but this Saturday, I’m assisting my dad in digging a hole beneath the house to run a power cable to a new garage. I’ve decided to spend the day without listening to music and simply being alone in my thoughts while digging. It’s quite refreshing to constantly be aware of one thing you’re doing and to immerse yourself in your thoughts.

I love how old people gotta always say something. Helped a 75+ old who can’t drive anymore to fed ex to return an Amazon package from his daughter. I was just driving him but should have thought to ask if he has a return QR code, email, etc…….in true fashion he didn’t know what any of that meant. While this was happening, two alphabet people they/thems came out….my mind saying .”please Craig let’s just drop the package and go”. I see him staring and proceeding to open his mouth Craig begins to ask them their opinion of Woodstock and their thoughts on the younger generation and influence…..not really where I thought it was gonna go
