Did a 5k trail race with @teodorpf but I took it chill. It was so fun! 🤩 …and an easy morning 5km to get to 10km for the day.
Today I will do an easy run with some strides getting ready for the 35km race tomorrow 🤙

Mostly a lot of easy and recovery runs. But I did 8x2min intervals + tempo run on Tuesday. That was fun! 😂
Now is going to be even more easy, plus some strides ofcourse, because easy is cool and I have a race on Saturday! ⚡️
