More running the last few days

Sunday and Monday was easy running recovery days with strides (5x30sec) and little bit of uphill treadmill on Sunday.
Tuesday yesterday was workout day. And I was at the track with my new running buddy, first time for me since I was a kid. It was very different, slimy but fast. Probably going to do more speed things sometimes to mix it up.
Yesterday I did 8x3min followed by a 2mi steady run. It’s always easier doing these hard things together with others! 🔥
