Daha fazla kimyasal gübre ve zehirli ilaç cüce buğdayın veriminin daha çok arttırılması için mutlaka kimyasal gübreye ihtiyaç vardı. Ayrıca toprakta buğdayın yanındaki her şeyin temizlenmesi gerekiyordu. Onun içinde kimyasal ilaçlar kullanılması zorunluluk oldu. Geleneksel tarım yok edilmeli ,ortadan kaldırılmalı idi. Küçük aile işletmeleri dağıtılmalı, ticari tarım şirketleri kurulmalıydı. Rockefeller vakfı Dr. Normanı finanse eden bu vakıf cüce buğdayın ortaya çıkarılması ile tohumlardan daha ziyade kimyasallardan çok büyük bir rant elde etti ve etmeye devam ediyor. Çünkü büyük bir petrol şirketinin sahibi olan Rockefeller ailesinin derdi. ''Yeşil Devrim'' falan değildi. O ailenin damadı Henry Kissinger’in 1970’de söylediği sözü kendisine misyon belirlemişti.
