💭 True #Strength Doesn’t Shout It Stands Still
“The weak are always anxious for justice and equality. The strong pay no heed to either.”
— Attributed to #Aristotle
Whether or not Aristotle actually said this, the message sparks a deeper reflection:
⚖️ #Justice.
📢 #Equality.
🗣 Opinions.
We live in a time where everyone feels the need to weigh in on everything.
But #Stoicism teaches us something radically different:
→ Strength is silent.
→ Wisdom isn’t reactive.
→ True power lies in inner stability.
Here’s what the Stoics would say:
1. Don’t obsess over fairness
→ Life isn’t fair. Learn to move forward anyway.
2. Let go of control over others
→ You can’t change everyone only yourself.
3. Focus on your own conduct
→ Be just, be kind, be disciplined whether the world recognises it or not.
4. Detach from external validation
→ A lion doesn’t lose sleep over the opinion of sheep.
In Stoicism, the strongest are not the loudest they are the most centred.
