Hi Primal team,
I am writing one last time about my broken Premium subscription on this account. The payment in fiat was processed successfully (“Primal Systems” charge, receipt received), but my account is still shown as free, despite multiple login attempts and several public posts and DMs asking for help.
I have been on Nostr since the very early days, when there were only around 500 people using it and everything was chaos – but everyone helped each other. That spirit of mutual support and decentralization is exactly why I have been happy to support clients financially.
Unfortunately, my experience here feels very different. I don’t know if Primal now wants to operate more like a centralized company on top of a decentralized protocol, but as a long‑time user I do not feel respected when a paid Premium subscription is broken for this long without a proper response.
At this point, I no longer wish to use Primal Premium or support Primal financially. Please issue a full refund for this payment and cancel Premium on this account. After this, I will simply move to other Nostr clients and continue supporting the ecosystem there.
