Went to church this morning and we sat in front of 3 older men, who all leaned over to get a good look at our son. Just now as I thought to write about it, another man stopped and said, "I just need to get another look at your cute baby" and the his lady came back too. 🤣 Yep, our baby is spreading joy and awe everywhere he goes. Babies are good and awesome and men as well as women love them!

Someone commented how with the first kid, when the pacifier falls on the floor, the parents boil it before giving it back to the baby. With the second child, they clean it in their own mouth. I think I might be on the 3rd child mentality although I'm on my first 😅🤣 I'm reminded of a saying I've heard my mom quote "Lite shit har väl aldrig skadat någon". The most accurate translation would be "A little dirt never hurt anyone", but if you google translate it, it will say "A little shit never hurt anyone" 🤣

It's strange not being pregnant anymore. Last night I realized I can lay on my stomach! 🤣 I still haven't, but it is a possibility now! I might try to indulge in this new found privilege when I get home tonight 🤔😎

It's October and I thought surely we're out of summer now... nope, still getting up in the 80s during the days! 😔 88f as a high today, but maybe next week? 🤗

I've been seeing a few groups of teens today. Not a single one of the girls have commented on my baby. However, one of the guys just passed me and said "awe, your baby's adorable". Men love babies! 😎

Our son is 5 weeks old today. 🥳 Apparently that also means he's stopped sleeping during the day 😳
